It's funny timing. The fear of this outbreak took care of all the HK protesters. The streets are empty now. Are the Chinese hyping the fear content? All it would take are a few crisis actors collapsing in public, families being hauled off to quarantines crying or taken on bubbled stretchers to hospitals by workers in full hazmat gear. How easy would it be to "quarantine" a hitlist of journalists, dissenters??
"Coronavirus" by definition actually is a common cold virus (look it up), and this strain has respiratory complications which will be lethal for some people just like any flu. China is using intravenous vitamin C therapy for crying out loud. No other flu outbreak has been used to generate this kind of fear. It's suspicious.
Be cautious and prepare, but be cautious with panic, too.
Of course the Chinese would pretend to be conservatives if they wanted to infiltrate. I don't trust the CDC or WHO to give President Trump correct information though. I think President Trump should let their reports stand for themselves and not take a position. China is a dictatorship who owns their own press and writes their own narrative. I don't trust Chinese reports on this virus. I don't know if they're over reporting or under reporting, but I know I don't trust them.
