I think this is a good idea but he shouldn't do it now. He needs to wait a few weeks until they finish certification of the fake results but before the electors vote in December. That will put a ton of pressure on the states who have republican legislatures to select electors who will vote for Trump or suffer the consequences.

Exactly my observation. He seemed very positive and upbeat compared to the last time I saw him after the election. The 'hopefully' slip was him saying 'hopefully the COURTS will get it right' and not 'hopefully the Biden/Harris admin won't use lockdowns' in my opinion.
