I am currently a state worker in one of these stupid states and I agree. The overwhelming majority of state workers literally don't do anything. If i get laid off because of this I will survive. The states deserve it.

In syracuse ny, they are testing every single person in the nursing homes. To pad the numbers, they forced all of them who tested positive to go into the hospital even if they dont have any symptoms.

I too live there and this is complete bullshit. The county executive was referring to some bullshit doom and gloom projections from upstate medical that were obviously created by people trying to prolong the shutdown.
