They aren't giving it back to everyone who paid it, they are basing it on income. That means you who receive a check are stealing from those of us who are not. It is exactly identical to welfare.
Some of us lost our job due to COVID and yet won't be receiving a penny. But people are salivating because THEY will get a slice of the pie at the expense of others.

This doesn't have anything to do with COVID. The qualification for receiving the $2000 isn't whether or not you were affected by COVID. The qualification is an income level, and that's all. It's a straight up income redistribution (in other words, socialism).
