The head wound of shirtless guy looks to be almost 2" long which would be a grazing shot. Skulls are pretty thick, and if they were picking his head up like that, there didn't seem to be an exit wound because there would be brain spaghetti and skull bits all over the ground. Did some part of the round ricochet off but the rest entered the skull, spiraling around like a blender? Was the barrel's concussive force at almost point blank enough to cause cranial hemorrhaging? Though the latter I would think would result in ruptured eye vessels.
The connotation of the language they use, while technically correct, is disgusting. He had to be EXTRADITED to be PROSECUTED. And the media loves to crop the videos to the point that only reinforces the blinders for their echo chamber. So many videos I've seen of this where they don't show him running, having things thrown at him, being hit, jumpkicked, and being hit with a skateboard. Everyone just eats the slandering narrative up and doesn't look for more information.
