to my knowledge the courts havent yet ruled on the election case, by rejecting it they were effectively saying, "this has errors and isn't done well enough to be ruled on, im not ruling on it in this state" thats not corruption, thats self preservation, consider this.
the case for election fraud came about immediately following the election, the political environment was incredibly highly charged, and outrage/cancel culture was well known for destroying peoples lives based on out of context blurbs, and even rumor or outright lies. Put yourself in a judges shoes for a second, you've been handed a case against the current election, you know this case has been drafted VERY quickly following the election, you've almost certainly considered or are considering at the back of your mind, what will happen to me if I rule in favor of this case? the answer is the left will probably destroy your life and make you unable to ever work as a judge again simply by making you dangerous to be around for fear of association.
Next, what will happen if I rule against it? If you rule against it you're up against trump, his cabinet, and his supporters, who while not as numerous or noisy as the left, are equally just as capable and likely far more competent in matters such as this, than the left is, if you rule against them, what you don't deal with in shaming and guilt by association, you'll almost certainly face in the form of legitimate competent prosecution, it won't be as public or as visceral, but it will be nonetheless damning and destructive to your life and your career.
And finally, the third question, theres alot of errors in this, what happens if I refuse to do anything with it until its properly formulated? Well you might face anger from both sides, but ultimately, neither will be able to rake you over the coals, the outrage mob of the left won't get their way, but you won't become a target for them to destroy, and the trump side will be angry, but similarly, their hands will be tied as well, since what you did was neither illegal, nor technically unreasonable.
Simply put, what judges did, was refuse to make a decision, because they felt they were damned no matter which way they ruled. This post, if its real, just confirms this that much more, the courts were under pressure they believed they wouldn't survive no matter how they ruled, and so they refused to do anything. Is this wrong? I'd say no, no it isn't. Why do I say this?

I think Trump was trying to say that not picking a side, can sometimes take more courage than picking one. Theres a theory going around suggesting this proves pence might be a double agent for trump, don't know personally, its brand new to me, what I do think tho, is it proves that Trump at the very least, didn't fault the courts for refusing to rule on it, especially not when faced with a choice that was basically between death by mob, or death by firing squad.
