Great post. Also think about comms without cell phones.. Ham radio to broadcast if so inclined or just a short wave radio. How will you get information without any internet or cell phone?
Also how to cook without electricity. Get that dehydrator humming and make jerky. I agree about being mobile , finding areas that you can escape to.
Things always missed in situations. Getting 90 day supplies of any meds you really need. Always have a full tank of gas in every vehicle and perhaps a little in a container. rope, tarps etc just start to put things like that and tools if you haven't already in your car/suv/truck. Just have some things already packed ready to go. If you got to run it shouldn't take a long time to leave.
It is winter so keeping extra blankets and the like in the car isn't a bad thing either (if you ever get stranded or need to crash somewhere).
Also making sure your car is situated as well.

There are other movements like this. One is Oregon and Washington counties becoming part of Idaho and something similar in North Colorado.
I think they have merit as the big cities cause havoc and un fairness. They added to the suit stating that the counties in the red did their elections fairly only to have the cities screw up royally.
