yeah I would agree with this most. It looks like he got in the car and you can faintly hear the engine turn on. The first thing he did was gas it into the crowed and not back up or wait. Unfortunately the media wont frame it that way
looks like the driver was outside of their car yelling at the crowd and went inside the car and shut the door. Then the driver nudged into the crowd and a guy in a black American flag shirt smashed out their back window as they did that. The driver then sped off faster. They got chased down by a mob and stopped further ahead at the police.

looks like a parking lot, and close to police. I'm going to reserve judgement on what happened to escalate this until better footage is revealed.
The article states the delay that they are quickly working to resolve. There is defiantly reason to keep ever-vigilant, but it seems like this particular case is being resolved. This doesn't seem worth panicking over, but keep vigilant. edit :typo
