I wish I knew. It's awful seeing the fear and unhappiness and self-loathing that so many of them live with. Nobody wants that for someone they care about, politics be damned.
All I know is to keep on making your case, as calmly as you can. I still have faith that most of them will figure it out.

The U.S. military has been training our allies for many years. This is only one example. There are virtually always foreign pilots being trained at our military bases.
Be careful what you ask for, Democrats. You may get it.

Do not vote by absentee/early ballot. If you do, at least take it physically to a polling place and watch what they do with it.
DEMAND that Voter ID be implemented in your state. Show your ID to the poll worker when you arrive to vote. If they say it's not required, ask why not.
If you can, volunteer to work at the polls and watch everything that goes on.
