I read everything and I don't believe it's true. Basically they were trying to get a new website up and running for a Pence / Tim Ryan, but then they backed out when Trump won the second debate. The reason I don't believe it is because the second debate didn't really move the needle that much, so it's just not believable to me that they would base such a huge decision on a single debate.
