I mostly agree, except it seems pretty clear that these states violated their own laws and the constitutional statute that says only legislators can change the election process.
The people must vote to implement mail-in ballots and they did not. Therefore, mail-in ballots were illegal.
If Biden wanted to challenge the election this way, he wouldn’t have standing if he didn’t provide evidence that these states conducted their elections specifically violating constitutional law.
Me too, which means it was likely worded poorly or created too wide of a scope.
I generally agree with Thomas (I cant think of a case where I disagreed with him, though I haven’t read about all their cases), and I lean towards trusting his judgment here.
Every state is conservative, there is only commie counties cheating.

These companies have always accepted a certain amount of deaths in exchange for profit. They have never been on your side. Vaccines are no different, and in many cases worse. They do not have to meet the same burden of proof for efficacy/side effects in clinical trials as every other drug.
