I just got a COVID alert on my telephone. It was to warn me to wear a mask and social distance because cases are rising. Did everyone in California receive it or just Los Angeles County?

I received an email from the California GOP:
"We have some EXCITING NEWS. For the first time since May 2018, Republican Party voter registration has OFFICIALLY surpassed No Party Preference voters in California.
This is a huge VICTORY for California Republicans.

Recently, I heard someone say that all the Republicans had left California. Luckily, we are making new ones.
