The third column is Date of Birth. Click the three dots in "Date of Birth" column label, and then click the upward arrow labeled "Sort Ascending".
You'll first see a bunch with the Date of Birth "01/01/1800". That's supposed to be normal, and it's explained in the spreadsheet description that you can see if you click on the i with a circle around it at the top:
The reason some birth dates will display as 1/1/1800 is due to confidentiality reasons of the registered votes. Usually this is for victims of domestic violence.
That might also explain the 1/1/1900 grouping. But besides those two birthdates, there is either fuckery going on or blatant disregard for safeguarding the election that there are literally voters listed as being born in the 1800s on today's Pennsylvania voter roll--and they have submitted absentee ballots for this general election.
Yeah, I've ran into exactly that for months. For those interested in the technical side, there are two ways for them to accomplish that without you being logged into Twitter:

Twitter can see thedonald.win (or other conservative sites) in the “referer header” of a request that your web browser makes to their website when you click on a link on thedonald.win (or another conservative site). When they see that in the request, they can make it respond differently. But if you refresh the page after you get there, they can’t tell where you came from.

Cookies are another way for them to track you. It's a broader subject, but to get an idea of what Twitter will tell you they track, you can see the scope of their publicly stated usage here: https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/twitter-cookies Obviously, they can pick up other patterns like if you're conservative based on the accounts you look at, doesn't require being logged in. Using private browsing or incognito mode is one way to avoid cookie tracking.
No, because the response to each voter request form is different. But they are the easiest to investigate if there comes a legal battle.

It’s missing 5 counties that are reporting late, it says 78/83 counties somewhere on the page. The data matches otherwise. Missing counties are Wayne (Detroit), Kalamazoo, Berrien, Kent, and Antrim. Wayne is cheating central and Antrim discovered the vote tallying software “glitch” (cheating) and switched to manual counting today.
