I said this after I saw the video, he was placed in this position to help him, not harm him. He was not able to remain still and safe without restraint whether because of the drugs or aggression it doesn’t not matter, had he been unrestrained he could have caused himself more stress, vomited and aspirated it, the cops had no idea he would die right there and they could not do anything to save him except restrain him in a safe position until the EMS arrived. The charges should be dropped, these men went by the book!

My sister is a rabid liberal and a high school english teacher at one of the top high schools in the state so even though I love her I do not really buy into the authority of high school teachers. Besides that I had some pretty crappy teachers and once in 11th grade got chewed out in front of the entire class for taking notes. I guess she thought I was writing too much???
