If data for that are available, I'd like to compare results (precinct or county level) between those counties or precincts using Dominion and their nearest neighbors that didn't use it. Ideally excluding cases where other relevant factors are in play, e.g. rural/urban area boundaries and similar.

This would show if there are statistically significant differences between Dominion and non-Dominion locations that would be difficult to reasonably explain.

I could in fact do the analysis myself if such data are already available and reasonably structured (don't have enough time to do a lot of data cleaning and preparation, but the actual analysis wouldn't take much time).
