Ted Cruz, the individual could have done more, granted. So could you, so could I. Ted Cruz, the senator, not so much.

In vetoing a bill in 1887 that would have appropriated $10,000 in aid for Texas farmers struggling through a drought, Cleveland wrote:

I can find no warrant for such an appropriation in the Constitution; and I do not believe that the power and duty of the General Government ought to be extended to the relief of individual suffering which is in no manner properly related to the public service or benefit. A prevalent tendency to disregard the limited mission of this power and duty should, I think, be steadfastly resisted, to the end that the lesson should be constantly enforced that, though the people support the Government, the Government should not support the people.

The friendliness and charity of our countrymen can always be relied upon to relieve their fellow-citizens in misfortune."

My girlfriend thought I was cheating on her. She was relieved to find out I was only a white supremacist, cyber criminal and domestic terrorist.

Also, crippling a free market is not capitalism. When you force someone to use "green" energy and then it fails, that's not capitalism.

Red Bull. They fired their woke department and have their own space program. You don't get more based than that!

They are not leaders, he represents the State of Texas and it's interests. Or did I miss something.

Ditched Adidas myself. People keep pointing me to NewBalance. I don't think Japanese sneaker makers bow to BLM, either.

But you don't disagree with my other points? Gab? Do you see any contingency plans for a stolen election? All of us are still fighting those same enemies.

He was never just ONE MAN.

Trump isn't perfect but I still view him as the best President of my lifetime.

I don't see him as being above criticism. "A lot" is maybe pushing it, but two things he could have done was make an effort to balance the budget and from day one work to fix the voting system.

I wasn't too happy about the bump stock ban and other minor things and would have liked to see a push for better monetary policy. I would have liked to see him go more after big tech.

He isn't one man, he has 80 million supporters in the United States and tens if not hundreds of millions Worldwide he could have utilized better. I think he was over-reliant on Twitter.

I'll be honest with you, I don't read all the comments. If someone is advocating voting for the same people who have done nothing to get us out of this mess then I stand corrected. I was not not advocating for it.

I don't really like the idea of political parties, because anyone I vote for represents me and not a party, split loyalty is never good. However, the reality of the system as it is, is that 3rd parties don't stand a chance and so reforming the GOP is a more realistic approach.
