Bro, it was all over every major news source. They were all claiming that DA's were coordinating with the secret service on how trump could be taken into custody as early as "next week". Trump just called their bluff. Fat Alvin got played because he's a dumb diversity hire incompetent piece of shit.

It's not like people are referencing some obscure interview from several years ago. All you have to do is spend ten minutes with any major search engine looking for stories on trumps "pending indictment" from two weeks ago. Asking for a source on this is almost as stupid and lazy as asking for a source that there even is a grand jury empanelled in New York.

Maybe next you'll ask for a source that the Sun came up yesterday. Or that New York is no longer a British colony.

Try using your fucking brain for a few minutes.

She's still a total fucking whack job and came off very badly in those interviews.

Also, that Georgia grand jury wasn't empowered to do jack shit. They could recommend anything they want and it has zero teeth.

All you need to do is read the full transcript of the call to understand that Trump was saying they could document fraud in over 30,000 votes, but he only needed the governor to find the fraud in 11,000. Asking a sitting governor to investigate voting irregularities isn't a crime.

There's literally a grand jury still empanelled right now. Trump was just reporting on reports from actual news sources like NBC, CBS etc. That were breathlessly commenting that Trump MIGHT be arrested last week. Trump just called their bluff. The only thing he probably "made up" was giving the specific day (Tuesday).

I love how leftists are frothing over the mouth at the fact that Trump cites catturd polls. Lol. They are so God damned dumb and un-self aware.

I love Donald Trump so much, I can't even put it into words.

Yeah, I don't care who indicts trump. I'll write his name in if I have to. I would rather have the democrats ram us into the side of the cliff at warp speed than have these Rhino faggots slow walk is towards oblivion.

Yup, and also scheduled major interviews the week trump was supposed to be indicted as his coming out party. Fortunately Bragg is one of the most incompetent fucks alive and had the case blow up in his face on Monday.

Totally exposed Meatball as being in bed with the cabal.

Please God, let this be an amazing year long performance art project. This dude would have my respect if he came out at the end and admitting to punking everyone.

It almost has to be. He plays a caricature of a woman. Like how Kimmel used to play Karl Malone when he would do his blackface skits.

Keynes famously said that it would make sense for the government to pay people to dig holes and fill them back up again. The thought being that massive deficit spending will put money in people's pockets and spur consumer demand.

From 2001-2021, the "holes in the ground" were the pointless wars in the middle east. This retardation in Ukraine is the new way for the government to spend trillions of dollars it doesn't have. If the government ever stopped spending, these defense companies and defense contractors would all collapse.

He's physically assaulted multiple times in this video. Where the fuck are the cops?

Lol. Try again. So he didn't admit that the trump corporation falsified business records. And I'm going to try to dig up that interview. He was probably talking about why Cohen would have settled with horse face, because that was the explanation that Cohen gave Costello back in 2018. I think you're extremely confused, and mostly because you're watching MSNBC

Also, I don't think you understand the fact pattern in the case. They CANT charge a misdemeanor at this point, even if they wanted to. We're three years past the statute of limitations for that kind of misdemeanor in New York. The only way they can charge this is as a felony (if they decide to charge).

Where did Tacopina admit to the falsification of business records charge? Got a source for that? I highly doubt that trumps attorney went on TV and said, "oh yeah, we committed a crime but it's only a misdemeanor and the statute of limitations has run out".

Also, go back and look at Rudy's statement from that time period. He was referring to how Cohen approached the transaction when he invoiced the Trump corporation for the settlement amount plus extra for himself. Nowhere did he admit that Trump knew about the settlement or authorized Cohen to make a settlement and bill it as legal fees for reimbursement. The "receipts" were simply to prove that any payments that were made to Cohen came from the corporation, not the campaign.

The trump corporation has tens of millions of dollars in legal fees each year. I highly doubt anyone in accounts payable felt the need to run into trumps office with Cohen's $150K invoice and ask if it was all right to pay it. Particularly given that Trump was president at that point and had mostly stepped away from his business.

So the only thing we might be able to establish is that Cohen made the settlement and then submitted for reimbursement plus a cut for himself with a generic invoice for "legal services". And that the trump corporation paid the invoice. Nowhere in that fact pattern does it establish that Trump knew about the settlement, authorized it, or knew that he was somehow reimbursing Cohen for it.

I remember that interview. I feel like Rudy was talking out of his ass and riffing in front of the cameras. Doesn't change the fact that Trump wasn't a party to the transaction, so there's no way you can book Cohen's invoice as a settlement. The only way you could book that entry was as "legal fees".

And again, there's nothing tying Trump to that payment. I can almost guarantee that if fat Alvin called Rudy to testify, Rudy would claim that he was just guessing at what happened and hadn't spoken directly with Trump about the matter. I don't think Rudy himself has done any real legal work in years. Leaves that up to the rank and file lawyers at his firm.

I can't figure out if he's a bigger piece of shit than Romney. Pretty close.
