Remember when Jill Stein challenged a few states in 2016. When they started recounting, they were finding higher numbers for President Trump.
Not sure they want to go down that road but it wasn't necessarily physical votes that were adding up, it was entries by bad actors that were fraudulent.
You start counting by district / county and start seeing different numbers. There's no way they will get the same numbers on a recount.
Also, you take a sample (1000 or so) of Trump voters and Biden voters and you confirm that those come up equal to the claimed choice.
I have faith in the Math. I believe if a recount is conducted, the fraud will become apparent because they cannot duplicate the exact same results where they entered fraudulent data.
It's like a lie. If you tell the truth, you never have to remember what you said. If you tell a lie, you have to remember the lie for every time the same question is asked. If the voting numbers are true, they will be true again due to the same results. But if they were a "lie" the first time, they will come up different the next.
He might have physical evidence such as a hard drive that would have to be cloned using forensic methods so there's no risk of data changing or being deleted. He would have a copy but he would want the evidence cloned where the process could be witnessed.
What kind of evidence could you possibly release to the public on the internet that would not be attacked as "fake" by opposing interests? In a courtroom, you have a legal team who is there to help chain of custody and to act as a witness to the evidence.
He did create one of the most popular upload sites on the internet so he is highly experienced in how data is transferred and stored. He is also aware of how time stamps and other information can be faked when the data is not examined directly.
If he has cryptographic or other non-repudiation keys, he would want that presented in a court.
He may also want to present his testimony under oath.
For those that don't believe what Kim is saying, think about this: If he was wrong about Seth, why would they stop him from coming to testify? Wouldn't a false testimony make things look better for those he was willing to testify against? Wouldn't a false testimony hurt his credibility? So if they say Kim is wrong, then why stop him?
