I have found the data for the total votes according to their counties for both Georgia and Michigan from the following websites:

From the results, I used only the leading digit and discarded the rest. I did frequency counts for each Biden and Trumps total votes graphed them accordingly with the Benford's equation.
To determine if the results are significant, I used Chi square test to determine it's p-value.

Conclusion: Georgia appears not to have much fraud with Biden's at p-value close to 1, which means that the expected values and observed values matched.
For Michigan, I did the chi-test and found that there may be fraud fraud according the Benford's law with Biden having a p-value < 0.01 which means that their is les than 1 percent chance that the expected and observed values are the same. I believe President Trump has a case for voting fraud found in Michigan.
