She got headlines by claiming 1) She had "earth shattering" evidence that dominion had stolen millions of votes from Trump and, after tick tocking for two weeks, she would be releasing it 4 weeks ago. She never did. In the end it was a completely different lawyer that found evidence and he released it immediately.

This article has nothing to do with that. It states that the constitution demands the legislature pick the electors. If Pence is hearing from members of the legislature that the Governor (who has no constitutional authority) has illegally run an election and certified electors he hasn't, he can demand that the legislature in those states convene and make a decision.
