I think people are jumping to conclusions. they cant ship single ballots but I dont see how they cant ship bulk shipments of blank ballots. Every polling station has blank ballots on Election Day. how do you think these ballots get shipped?

To be fair. They can't ship single ballots but I am sure there are many private contractors shipping these blank ballots.

since they have to check applications according to their manual you actually can challenge votes.

they can challenge every mail-in ballot since the recount manual says that they need to check ballot applications.

you are right. Dean and Bob did a good job and prevented all the sneaky changes they tried to make. I personally dont think the machine audit is that important.

The dems tried to change the recount manual so that it wouldn't be possible to challenge mail-in ballots. Bob and Dean did hold the line so we can have a possible good recount and throw out ballots. i dont think the machine audit is that important. its not going to stop certification.
