Having witnessed this with several companies up close, I never have faith when they are "leaving California" amd headed to another lefty population center. The same goes for companies leaving to move to "Austin". You just know they and the employees they relocate have no intention on changing their bad politics.

Let me know when the locusts leave to settle in a deep red location. I will be shocked.

This nails how I have felt about RINOs and modern democrats for years. These people amd their supporters even bought their personalities off the shelf at Target.

Such empty.

"..that fall outside the scope of racial justice and equity issues."

That is the sneaky part of "woke" in corporate America. They do not consider it political, they just consider it all "normal". All of the normies have bought that this intersectional bullshit is just like civil rights of the 60s.

My grandfather returned from WW2 to a country filling to the brim with enemies the same or worse than the ones he just helped to defeat.

Company HR departments have managed to turn into even worse cancer than they were 10-20 years ago. All of the people who picked majors that do not help contribute to the bottom line of these companies end up in HR, making it even worse.

Remember when building the next generation of industry: Do NOT hire activists.

Maybe someone at corporate asked themselves, " what's up with the tsunami of cancellations?"

So if I understand this right, he is the biological father but she is not the biological mother? And this still happened?

I think he is one of the Seattle area commies.

That’s good to hear! I noticed a few years back that some of the Australian kid’s shows my daughter watched still treated the fathers with respect. The American ones alway portray dad as a complete idiot clown.

I think I’ve heard someone refer to Australia as “British Texas”. Sounds awesome!

AU, UK, and NZ are so unbelievably fucked that it is hard calling them free nations of the west. And I am sure it has been like this for quite some time and Americans like me are just now seeing this due to COVID. I wouldn't even vacation in these places now.

When did this start? Is it mostly down to a lack of the equivalent of our first and second amendment rights here in the USA?

The terrorist need to experience some life changing consequences for their actions. Portland has become this way because of tolerance of radicals for over 5 decades.

I know some unfortunate souls that ditched LA for Oregon because they wanted cheaper land and a little peace. I hope they learn local voting patterns have consequences.

He seems to be aware that the economy is for everyone, not just Wall Street. The fact that he’s a New Yorker who made money actually building shit instead of by playing the gambling game they play is what pisses them off!

I am with you on that last statement. The 90s and 2000s taught us that.

Btw, I was the "janitor" for one of the mid-sized dotcoms in the early 2000s. I would never get as many or the same type of options as the executives. But I did, with no cash out of pocket, make as much or more than my salary every month by excercising options as they vested. At least back then, that is how they justified lower salaries for joining pre-IPO. That dried up way too soon!

I agree the CEO will have a lot more flexibility on the timing. However, he is also being watched like a hawk on how much he is holding vs selling, The psychology of seeing the CEO unload a bunch of stock can send a bad message. So they have to be careful and plan.

I may be using the wrong terminology here, but I also think the janitor can sell a lot more options than they can scrounge cash to purchase by doing a cashless excercise. The details are fuzzy (it has been years), but you are essentally paying the option price after taking the profits and fees with that method. Like a very very short term loan to buy then a quick sell.

Maybe people confuse them with stock options? Way more restrictions and controlled timing which makes them less liquid.

We need to hear more about freedom of association in the public debate. Even the GOP backs away from this one.

Close. When you had to use a computer, your average teen didn't bother to spend much time on it.

Then we dumbed down access to it with smartphones and touchscreens. Sprinkle in "social media" with selfies and....boom!

I always love asking these socialist Catholics about abortion (including those in my own family)

More people need to be aware of the Duluth bs. Especially the GOP....way too many conservative judges and politicians support this crap because the left convinced them they need to for the female vote.

It is sad that it is always so close. Is it really that the millineals that are such a huge group and majority communist? They seem to dominate these stupid riots, along with only a handful of loser gen x and hippy boomers.

Even in Texas I have yet to meet many millineals that aren't surprisingly soy infested and lefty. Even working in oil I was surprised it was so bad with that generation.

It is never about equality with any identity politics.

Radical feminist SJWs want men eliminated.

Article by "Tyler Durden"? Does ZeroHedge let anyone publish with any name?

Is ZeroHedge legit? I am really curious. They seemed spammy as hell on Parler so I muted them.

Lol. This couple moved to our neighborhood here in Texas a year or so ago. They drove one of these Subarus and had license plates from NH or VT iirc.

They must have been pedes who got some bad vibes while rolling around town because the dude was pretty quick to get his Texas tags on AND a big yellow "Don't Tread On Me" snek.

If you are lurking here pede, welcome to the neighborhood and thanks for showing others how to properly decorate a Subaru in Texas :)
