I think he made the same sundowning slip when he commented about building the “most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” I don't think he was joking either time and neither of the statements are simple slips of the tongue. They're full statements.
There's a show on Amazon called Utopia. The premise is a national pandemic is orchestrated, so people demand a vaccine. The vaccine was designed to make people infertile and was to be used on Americans to help the rest of the world take everything we've built in the name of equity.

Was polled once in 2012 when I was living in PA, nothing before, or after either...until this year. Called a couple of times and have received like 4 SMS polls. Maybe because MN was so close to flipping in 2016? Dunno...
