Because you're having to reach outside of the photo to make a case that Trump didn't "hang out" with them, a photo alone doesn't prove what you're suggesting. Even a basic search shows multiple photos of Trump posing with Epstein/Maxwell.
How about this: Joe's reading the answers to the questions through AR contact lenses, and listening to cues through an earpiece on how to respond to Trump, and behavior/posture cues.
It's less about "too much work" and more about coming up with a platform that offers something the other platforms cannot readily offer while being novel enough to draw crowds.
Being lazy (physically and mentally) is definitely a component of it, but even a mentally lazy person can feel compelled to do things out of a need for self-esteem.
