It didn't really take off until 4chan started putting it in memes. If anything, people are culturally appropriating from autism. But I doubt they mind.

Facebook friends aren't real friends. The whole system is completely toxic.

Here is some solid advice- get off facebook, keep in contact with people via phone/email/real life meetings. Your circle of friends will shrink from several hundred to about a dozen at most. You'll have a feeling of emptiness the first few weeks after you leave FB, but it will pass. At first you'll still have the urge to post pics of stuff or troll for likes with your comments but it will pass.

And your life and your mental health will improve massively.

This is the opposite of how springs work.

Permanent deformation of a spring requires many cycles to accomplish. Springs wear out from long periods of intense use. Loading the mag puts it through one compression cycle and no decompression. It's basically the same as leaving it unloaded or not even assembling the magazine in the first place.

Again, cycles wear out springs. Loading and unloading magazines causes them to wear out (eventually, many thousands of years later).

Oh no, I know full well that Mitch did a huge carry the past 6 years.

He kept 2 years of Obama judges out. He pushed years of Trump judges in.

With Mitch's help, Trump has had an unbelievably massive influence on the federal courts and almost no one is even slightly aware that it happened.

Sweet, I can move to CA as soon as they lift the bans on:

  • suppressors
  • unlisted handguns
  • assault weapons
  • car modification

1 down 4 to go

But seriously, who doesn't keep all their magazines loaded at all times?

You should be ready at all times to have a firefight in which you expend over 1k rounds without touching a box of ammo.

The answer is TRUMP JUDGES.

It was a Bush judge, a Trump judge and one other random judge.

Trump has nominated and confirmed a FUCKLOAD of federal judges. The 9th circuit actually flipped conservative a couple of years back. Now you know.

The boomers in my family are voting democrat no matter what. The younger generations are split between supporting Biden because he's a democrat, not supporting Biden because he's senile/racist/pedo, or directly being on the Trump train. The first two groups are all in NY/CA while the Trump train people are in battleground states.

My big worries are:

  • they will switch out Biden at the last minute and have a Harris ticket without time for Trump to destroy her. Pick someone new for the bottom half of the ticket. Maybe Warren or Sanders. This sort of move could reek of desperation or it could work. If they think Biden is guaranteed to lose by mid October, I guarantee you he will step out with health issues.
  • there will be nonstop media tailwind for the dems, though I think the effectiveness of it is waning as time goes on
  • there will be as much fraud as the dems can manage

If Trump gets reelected (I think he will) I hope that the knives will finally come out for the Obama admin people and the deep state in general.

I'm not talking about celebrities, I'm talking about ordinary black people who (like most people) go along to get along. If the average black person was like Larry Elder, the country would be a very different place.

Toddlers find it distressing when you don't let them climb shelves or play on the stove. This is why they aren't allowed to decide their own bedtimes, let alone decide economic policy for the world.

If the GOA is doing so much lobbying, how come you never encounter GOA affiliated lobbyists or the effects of the lobbying? How come every single lobbyist or gun rights attorney who is doing heavy lifting for gun rights is associated with either the NRA or some state level group? Never the GOA.

I'd be really curious to see exactly what activities they engaged in and classified as lobbying.

This shit is stupid and overcomplicates the obvious reality. It's not the jews, the lizardmen or the fucking Illuminati. It's not even a conspiracy.

All media and all big tech are owned by a handful of massive corporations. These corporations, to maximize profit, require free trade, including trade with china.

So they want to get rid of Trump because Trump is directly opposed to their interests. But the economy is good, times are peaceful and prosperous and Trump is doing good so he'll get elected and continue to harm their interests. Oh no.

So how do you fix this problem and get rid of Trump? You tank the economy, create chaos and you arrange for massive voter fraud. And then you replace Trump with a corrupt and pliant vegetable in the person of Joe Biden. Hence the coronavirus panic and peaceful protests/riots started by a false story about Floyd- they tank the economy and turn out massive numbers of angry black voters who will robotically vote for Biden. At least that was the plan....

But their control isn't close to airtight. This is why you see a 100 percent identical narrative pushing in the news but it's constantly contradicted on the internet and everyone knows it's all bullshit. A lot of state governments didn't go along with the coronavirus lockdown bullshit and the rioters have turned into a massive liability.

Their plans backfired and everyone knows about it. What you're seeing now is a desperate panic to avoid jail time as everything on the left collapses.

I joined the GOA 20 years ago and they haven't done a single fucking thing for gun owners. Larry Pratt is completely fucking useless.

You fucking zoomers who have been in the fight for all of three months should listen to the people that joined the fight back when concealed carry was 50 state illegal, 95 percent of gun owners were fudds and the only 2nd amendment case law from the supreme court was US v Miller. The NRA moved the ball forward while GOA whined the whole way about how cucked the NRA is and took people's money.

There are a lot of examples of orgs other than NRA moving the ball forward but none of them were associated with GOA. 90 percent of the proress we've made leads back to the NRA.

  • NSSF and SAF have both been helpful at the national level while state level orgs like VDCL and calguns have helped at the state level. But again, a lot of the state level activists like Marion Hammer are NRA people.
  • 2nd amendment attorneys like Halbrook (NRA associated) and Gura (independent) have moved the ball forward a lot on their own, but again, no GOA to be found anywhere.

The problem is that they don't do anything other than pay themselves. They're no more active on the gun issue than your local animal shelter.

  • NRA asks for donations, GOA asks for donations
  • NRA runs adverts on the tv to support candidates, GOA doesn't
  • NRA lobbies legislatures via the NRA-ILA, GOA doesn't
  • NRA funds lawsuits and gets together amicus briefs on important gun cases, GOA doesn't
  • NRA runs educational courses for shooters, sponsors competitions, generally advances the culture. GOA doesn't.

GOA is a grifting operation that complains about the NRA, takes people's money and does nothing. I joined GOA several decades ago and have been completely disappointed by their complete lack of action. Sadly, they do not give discounts.

rando_calrissian 9 points ago +10 / -1

I've been a life member of GOA and NRA for decades. Here is my opinion:

GOA is a grifting operation that takes money from people who are upset with the NRA not doing enough. They then use that money to pay themselves. They have not accomplished a single thing in my lifetime. I wish they would, but they have not.

NRA is a sometimes effective organization that is currently mired in scandal because the current leadership has gotten lazy and corrupt and dumped a ton of money into things that have nothing to do with their core mission. Spokespeople like Dana Loesch have only succeeded in convincing normies that the NRA cares deeply about restricting access to abortion. Meanwhile 50 state reciprocity and hearing protection act languish in obscurity.

The solution is to get new leadership in, which is unfortunately going to be hard because LaPierre purged almost everyone who gave a shit about the movement for disloyalty (to him). The current board has a billion members, a huge portion of which are celebrities who barely care about the issue at all. They vote the way Wayne tells them and they collect their product endorsement checks. As cool as they are/were does anyone honestly think that Chuck Norris or R Lee Ermey were deeply informed about currently pending legislation? If the NRA is dropping the ball, are celebrity board members going to notice enough to consider whether they should call BS?

If you want to make a difference join a state level association. The NRA is mostly asleep at the wheel lately and I can pretty much guarantee they are indifferent to local happenings. FL's huge gains in gun rights were due to state level activists over the past 30-40 years.

Did he put his SSN on the form? Because if you don't put it and there is a criminal anywhere with your name, you're gonna get denied. The SSN is technical optional but if you have a common name you should probably use it.

Literally 5 seconds of internet gives us the following convicted felon in Florida named James O'Keefe, who has a record that includes domestic violence, drug use and violent crime:

Jews basically follow the common law system. So you have the old testament and then a few thousand years of accumulated decisions about what the old testament means in various situations. As far as I know, there isn't one single body of law since jews inevitably disagree about some of these interpretations. This is why some jews follows different dietary restrictions than others.
