At one of the National Vaccine Advisory Committee meetings they are asked if a fetus can incorporate the mRNA of the vaccine into its DNA. They never say it can't, they talk about ethical questions and say a vaccine more appropriate for pregnant women might be in the future.

At the 1:13:00 mark or this meeting: https://youtu.be/EA_BJOEILqY?t=4380

This is the way. The Supreme Court has said social media is the new town square. They have also said free speech can be enforced on privately owned public areas. And they have said states can go further in protecting free speech:

The USSC has already called social media the new town square, the place where people go to exchange ideas. They ruled a state could not remove access to social media in PACKINGHAM v. NORTH CAROLINA https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/16pdf/15-1194_08l1.pdf

A fundamental First Amendment principle is that all persons have access to places where they can speak and listen, and then, after reflection, speak and listen once more. Today, one of the most important places to exchange views is cyberspace, particularly social media, which offers “relatively unlimited, low-cost capacity for communication of all kinds,”, to users engaged in a wide array of protected First Amendment activity on any number of diverse topics.

Marsh v Alabama said Free Speech rights outweigh private property rights From Wiki

Marsh v. Alabama, 326 U.S. 501 (1946), was a case decided by the United States Supreme Court, in which it ruled that a state trespassing statute could not be used to prevent the distribution of religious materials on a town's sidewalk, even though the sidewalk was part of a privately owned company town. The Court based its ruling on the provisions of the First Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment... In its conclusion, the Court stated that it was essentially weighing the rights of property owners against the rights of citizens to enjoy freedom of press and religion. The Court noted that the rights of citizens under the Bill of Rights occupy a preferred position. Accordingly, the Court held that the property rights of a private entity are not sufficient to justify the restriction of a community of citizens' fundamental rights and liberties.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pruneyard_Shopping_Center_v._Robins

In American constitutional law, this case established two important rules:1.under the California Constitution, individuals may peacefully exercise their right to free speech in parts of private shopping centers regularly held open to the public, subject to reasonable regulations adopted by the shopping centers 2.under the U.S. Constitution, states can provide their citizens with broader rights in their constitutions than under the federal Constitution, so long as those rights do not infringe on any federal constitutional rights

She was unarmed. No one was in immediate danger. They didn't try any non lethal means, no stun gun, no tear gas, no rubber bullets. The officer shot into a crowd. There were officers right behind her that he put in danger, and who could have physically restrained her. She was executed for being a Trump supporter. The officer who killed her should face charges.

pic from the net, but I saw him in person trying to get people to go over the wall at the Capitol. Other clowns in bright green were telling people to go around front and flank them. there were people in green trying to direct the crowd. Most ignored them. If someone isn't leading and telling you to do something, they are an asshole

This guy was one of the clowns with the mics in green.

https://patriots.win/p/11SKPyKBT2/

There was also another guy in a bright green shirt telling people to go around the front and flak them. Most didn't listen to them. Clearly they were coordinating agent provocateurs .

I stayed on the backside mostly, did not go up to the bleacher area because I did not recognize anyone in green with the megaphones trying to direct people. They were clearly agent provocateurs. There was a lot of energy but there was no riot. I did few laps around the Capitol and only then did I hear from someone in the crowd that people had went inside. The majority of the crowd did not know anyone had been inside, and that wasn't the focus of the huge crowd of supporters there that day. There was no riot, no insurrection. It was a huge protest of election fraud and a stolen election.

Don't focus on the minor few that were disruptive. I was there and THERE WAS NO RIOT!.

The courts have absolutely taken a hands off approach and its disgusting. The 3rd check and balance in government has abdicated their duty.

Not sure on this one, but in Wisconsin, the courts kept the Greens off the ballot

https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/politics/2020/09/14/wisconsin-supreme-court-keeps-green-party-off-ballot-absentee-ballots-mailed-on-time/5796737002/

The courts fucked them with this gem:

"Even if we would ultimately determine that the petitioners’ claims are meritorious, given their delay in asserting their rights, we would be unable to provide meaningful relief without completely upsetting the election," the majority wrote in its unsigned opinion.

They also used signature verification to get Greens kicked off the ballot many places.

https://www.wtae.com/article/democrats-aim-to-keep-greens-off-fall-statewide-ballot/33606433

Democrats in Pennsylvania are challenging paperwork filed by the state Green Party to get its candidates on the fall election ballot for president and several statewide offices.

Monday's filing in the state's Commonwealth Court said the Green Party's paperwork contained "numerous defective signatures, illegible signatures, signatures of unregistered voters, signatures in the handwriting of others and signatures of fictitious persons."

1mil people went to trump rally. After that most marched to the capitol to protest election fraud. There was no riot. Most people did not go on the bleachers or stands even. Great energy and peaceful. Very few were disruptive. The news coverage of the few squabbles is overblown gaslighting. At 530 when they wanted to clear the grounds ever one left peacefully.

I watch Little House on the Prairie with my family. Quality stuff. Even makes me better, I see how hard the dad works and I want to get more done during the week. They all end up at the church too at lease once an episode.
