This. Locally we have city and town committees and ward committees. As you say this is where candidates are picked and endorsed.

Here they get appointed in between elections, but they also are elected during primaries. Its the basic starting point and it seems to be ignored by many on both sides.

Definitely seeing his greater role in the org, but also seeing this before Kushner got heavily involved-

Kushner's role expanded as the Trump ticket gained traction--so did his enthusiasm. Kushner went all-in with Trump last November after seeing his father-in-law pack a raucous arena in Springfield, Illinois, on a Monday night. "People really saw hope in his message," he says.

After the election, Kushner and Ivanka got between lots of the MAGA agenda. They forced Bannon out.

Exactly, Eric Holder would never had stabbed 0bama in the back like these guys did to Trump.

If Rudy really was offered the AG and took it, it would have been a completely different presidency.

Sessions did not lead as AG, he let them lead him around. He was in completely over his head. Barr is just a fat fuck who should have been removed the day after Russia was ended.

Pence already said he wouldn't go through with it. The media would have called it an insurrection just with less footage to show.

Pence had already betrayed us before then.

No matter how that day went, the media would have called it a mob and insurrectionists, they just would have had less footage.

I still think it was a great day. Not far down the road it will be described as a day when the People took their grievances directly to Congress, and were rightfully angered with Congress.

Or like in any big org they are just trying to position them and their group to get ahead. Sounds like it would be petty from the DOD, but its human nature as well

Flynn may have been trying to lead Scott Adams style, take the mantle of the mob, become a mouth piece, then lead the mob.

Flynn saw the color revolution and tried to counter it with his own, and it went as far as it could.

Kushner and Ivanka undermined the MAGA agenda. This directly lead to conflicts with Bannon, and Bannon being pushed out.

Kushner also told Trump not to get on Parler or GAB recently, keeping Trump muted.

Indeed it was. It will be remembered as such one year from now and forever as a day Patriots took their grievances directly to Congress. The barren Mall today fortified with armed guards and razor wire to keep the people out is a sad sight compared to this.

Assange is an absolutist I can tolerate. In his role he should be. Hes not Rand Paul who you think you can count on until you can't.

Regardless, I long for the day after the Senate does its thing and President Trump is unrestrained again.

Was hard to watch as you know he wanted to blast the election fraud and the traitors in the GOP like McConnell. Looking forward to when President Trump can be unshackled once more.

I'm just saying, theres 80mil of us, the GOP is ours to sack and take if we want to. It might be worth doing to support those like Matt Gatez. The tea party is nothing compared to MAGA. A new Patriot Party works too. You can split the conservative vote even where you aren't strong enough to win and watch the GOP burn until they fall in submission. And it would be easier to have a MAGA platform as a base to hold candidates to.

I'm ok with either approach.

No Assange pardon is quite a blow to me. This is something Trump had all the power to do, McConnell is a piece of shit and can't be trusted anyway. Even Roger Stone was saying the Assange pardon needed to happen.

McConnell has no honor. He will do it any way once Trump is out of office. Trumps trump card is founding a new party and fucking the GOP every place he can if they pull shit like that.

Demers hired Former Mueller prosecutor Van Grack to continue to go after Flynn

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-lobbying/justice-department-taps-mueller-prosecutor-to-enforce-foreign-lobbying-disclosure-idUSKCN1QO01Z

Demers said Van Grack would lead a team of attorneys and administrative staff whose mission was to make sure the FARA law, which requires disclosure of lobbying on behalf of foreign interests, is more aggressively enforced Van Grack was one of the lead prosecutors on Mueller’s cases against former national security adviser Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort, the former campaign chairman for President Donald Trump. Both prosecutions involved FARA violations.

Van Grack continued to push the case against Flynn until May when he resigned from the case https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-05-07/flynn-prosecutor-van-grack-steps-down-from-criminal-case

Demers also let Podesta go on FARA related charges while pursuing them against Flynn and Manafort
