Ok, sorry, I get a lot of push back by "Christians" who hide behind their religion when justifying the terrible policies we have. But I assure you, it's Christians that started this mess. All of this started in the 1950s when the restriction on white-only immigration was lifted, and I'm pretty sure there were very few Atheists then, and none in government. The country was overwhelmingly Christian, but it was that empathy that led to what we have today.
Fair enough, but I'm saying that religion is kind of moot in the scheme of things. Another example, the Japanese commit very few crimes, and they aren't Christian in the slightest. Culture, including religion, is a reflection of a populations genetic predisposition, not an overlay on top of it. It doesn't actually change your behavior, it just allows you to justify your behavior.

And no, those IQ scores are actually part of the modern psychology research; I know people like you don't like science (real science, that which is testable and falsifiable) but modern genetics and MRIs have basically destroyed the civic nationalist world view. Also, surprising enough, there is no "gay gene", but homosexuality does seem to be biological in origin. You see, a majority of gay men are the youngest males of families that have already had several male children, so it's likely there is some fail-safe mechanism that affects brain development in males so that one family doesn't have to many males that reproduce. It seems to be related to a protein called alpha-fetoprotein, which mediates virilization of the brain.
But yeah, I'm just some dumb racist lol. It's going to be really tough for you guys as more and more genetic research comes out. Hell, Harvard has even developed a DNA test that can predict IQ to a degree. It's not very accurate yet (as we don't have even close to complete picture of what genes affect intelligence) but that's the future you can look forward too.

Anecdote is not evidence. You can cite your experience all you want, but we're talking about cold hard data. The average African IQ is 85 everywhere in the world (except Africa, where it's 65), and their crime rate is about the same from the US, to Europe, to Asia. When a behavior exists cross culturally, it has a strong genetic component. There is a reason the best countries in the world are all White or Asian.

I'm pretty sure, given the post WW2 boon in the economy, that the 1950s was the most "self-sufficient" period in the US' history. There were basically no welfare programs, and business ownership was the highest it had ever been. Those same people pushed for diversity, so it would seem you are wrong. They projected their own abilities on to others, and thought that anyone could be self-sufficient given opportunity (this is a manifestation of the 'Dunning-Kreuger' effect), and they opened the flood gates. Ironically, your logic is exactly backwards. It's only when people are doing well, do they vote against their own long term self interests.
