We need peaceful gatherings near the capitols in every swing state. Calls aren't working alone, we need peaceful protests near the capitols.

I agree, we need to vote, and we also need Americans calling the governor and asking for changes for the runoffs.

It's going to happen, they're going to meet unless the SC takes up a case. It looks like they may not be willing to do that. I'd be calling them too.

After the EC meets we're relying on the SC to take a case or VP Pence not to allow the Democrat slates in swing states to count. We really need the Republican legislatures to meet and appoint the Trump slates. That's why I was saying you need to melt the phone lines of the legislatures and hold rallies at the state capitols. So far the SC has shown no interest in taking the cases. Bottom line, do you trust VP Pence to refuse to seat the Democrat slate? If not, you need to get everyone you know online and offline to start calling and emailing.

Guess what, we are! How many calls/emails are the governors/legislators actually getting? It's fun and great to post on here, but the Democrats would be taking it to the streets. Anyone who's not at risk of getting 'rona should be at the state capitols in swing states tomorrow protesting peacefully. Being a keyboard warrior isn't going to make Republicans appoint the Trump slate.

Plan:

  1. Call AZ, PA, MI, WI, NV. Call the leaders of the legislature.
  2. Call the Republican GA governor.
  3. Flood the email of Republican leaders with email.
  4. Tell your friends, neighbors, and family to call.
  5. Peacefully protest using large numbers in front of the state capitols.

There is no plan, you're going to lose your job if you don't take action steps peacefully now. Stop upvoting and use these action steps. Most of us saved vacation time. The EC is meeting in 10 days and the SC isn't taking any of the cases. We're running out of time.

Do they plan to file a class action lawsuit?

I'm relaying someone else's tweet who's a journalist watching the recount, I thought pedes could want to know.

Can someone confirm Justice Roberts decides whether or not to take a case? If it's his decision, it's probably not going to go there unless someone starts a petition and it gets millions of signatures.

This is what I dislike about Reddit. If you really need advice, you can't post. Someone new may know something really important, and if you ban new posts or users, they can't post anything.

Electors are highly loyal to the candidate and partisan, and I don't think most of them would refuse to vote. State law could also bind them to vote for a candidate even if they think there was fraud. It would be really nice if Democrat Americans would switch or refuse to vote.

Can you post how to contest the election too? Barnes tweeted out something about it earlier but linked to his locals website.

The Supreme Court might be at 6 right now with a Democrat Senate. None of President Trump's nominees would get through a Democrat Senate.

I asked earlier, but can someone confirm his statement that he was working in GA with the legal team?

Can anyone besides him confirm he was in GA?

I'm in GA too, and I completely disagree! If you don't vote and Republicans don't win, what the Democrats pass would be impossible to undo. People stayed home in 2008 and 2012 and look how that turned out for us. It's not a firewall but putting them in office does create gridlock and prevent the worst of his agenda from getting through Congress. Think long term here, and vote again.

At least if we get the Senate Chuck Schumer won't get to be the majority leader, and we really don't want him to be.
