Earlier today I made a post about the: Trump Steps down / FEMA / Election tribunal route which seems very do-able and fair minded.
But after watching a few different videos from some good sources, I think the only thing Trump can do is a very quick aggressive strike that takes out the top of the deep state all at once. If he doesn’t do this, he risks being attacked by a wounded animal.
The global elites and the deep state are completely immoral, unethical and savage people. If Trump goes with a gradual approach, they will strike back at Trump with all their weapons.

When Trump asked his followers not to be violent, they listened. If Trump leaves office and the deep state continues to persecute him, try to prevent him from ever running for president again and destroy his family; only then will you see Trump supporters, in mass, take up arms and fight back.
Also, we don’t know what all the actual evidence is for foreign interference in the election. Maybe some of information was disinformation or maybe all of it was true. If it’s China Germany Italy Venezuela etc., that’s a serious fucking problem.
OK well then Trump can just do it the hard way, declare war on China, arrest a shit ton of people the day before the inauguration, lock them up in Guantánamo and put them on trial for treason. Those trials could be televised live and uninterrupted by presidential fiat.

No, the military published a letter where they refused to get involved in political affairs and swore allegiance to the constitution and protecting the citizens of United States. Now as far as the average person in the military knows, Joe Biden has been declared the winner and will be inaugurated.
However, those in military intelligence know the truth. In any case, under my scenario, the people in the Pentagon can just sit on their asses while FEMA, the National Guard and a few military judges take care of business.
Right now, I do believe that the United States is under a type of state of national emergency due to COVID-19. Additionally, in 2018, Trump gave an executive order seeking out foreign interference in US elections. If there was foreign interference in US elections, a state of emergency could be declared in order to clear up who actually won the election.
This state of emergency has to be declared because if Joe Biden is sworn in as the president you’re going to have at least 65 million angrily people disagreeing with that. Those people could end up in the streets fighting Joe Biden supporters. I’m pretty sure the military doesn’t want that to happen as many military members today have direct experience with war and chaos.

However it would demonstrate that he was willing to negotiate for an objective fair process to resolve election issues. Most people trust the military way more than they trust Congress or even the Supreme Court.
Despite seeding authority to FEMA or a military governing body, it is still very likely that Biden followers and Antifa would freak out and start rioting.

As head of FEMA and DHS, Peter Gaynor has the authority to manage security for the inauguration. So, just like he just canceled the inauguration practice he can go ahead and cancel the actual ceremony.
Now does that stop Nancy from telling John Roberts to go over to Joe’s basement and swear him in? No it doesn’t. But how many people will accept a president sworn in from his basement by quite possibly the most corrupt member of the Supreme Court?
The current head FEMA, who now has now also been appointed to run DHS is Peter Gaynor and he was appointed by Trump in 2016.
Under a state of national emergency, being the head of FEMA and DHS makes you the second most powerful person in the US government after the president. If Trump steps down Peter Gaynor will be the most powerful person in the US government.
Nope, it is based in the fact that the same man, Peter Gaynor is now in charge of FEMA and DHS simultaneously. He was only in charge of FEMA but now he’s in charge of both as of last week.
Why? Because if there’s a national emergency, all he has to do is call himself on the phone and request every federal agent to show up and follow his directions.
Peter Gaynor was plucked out of obscurity in Rhode Island in 2016 by the Trump administration. He’s not a DC swamp animal.
Under a state of national emergency, I think FEMA might have control over the national guard, especially if the FEMA director cancels the actual inauguration for “security” reasons.
They have already canceled the rehearsal for the inauguration. Tip: You don’t need a rehearsal if the inauguration is not going to take place.
Again, if the election panels are allowed to continue they could prosecute every individual, company or group that facilitated the attempt to steal the election.
Even after Trump gets back in the office, there may be no reason to end the state of emergency. State of emergency wouldn’t end until manipulative private interests were removed from the election system.

If Trump steps down voluntarily and tells his followers not to riot, there will be no MAGA violence. Any resistance by Antifa will be crushed by the national guard and federal agents deputized by FEMA. The Pentagon will not need to get involved and any Congressperson who goes to the Pentagon to get help will be accused of treason.
Two weeks straight of the election fraud panel broadcasts will open most Americans’ eyes to the corruption in the system. When Trump is given back the presidency he can then pursue whatever justice he’s willing to pursue.
