Uh yeah, so I've seen construction accident videos in foreign countries that didn't have the luxury of hard hats that included a falling hunk of cement clipping a guy's forehead / face. Peeled his forehead skin off... clipped his nose, which didn't look nearly as bad as the forehead. His toes were safe. Steel toed boots. He's lucky he didn't die, and it wasn't enough to kill him, just disfigure him for life.
