All the first bubbles in PA were Dem. This may be a team correcting ballots, but there are still some issues that I see. First, the corrected ballot and original do not seem to be linked in any way. Second, neither person seem to confirm what the other is seeing. Assuming they are acting morally there is nothing wrong, but if the man read Rep and said Dem, or the woman heard Dem and bubbled Rep this could happen and neither would know what the other did with this setup...just my observations

If the Republicans win and expand three seats then at the next opportunity that the Dems have they'll add seven seats or however many they'd need to regain a majority. That turns into a tit for tat game that started poorly and will surely end poorly. Best to put a cap on it when we can but amendments are difficult, you need 2/3rds majority vote. With ACB confirmation not a single Democrat voted yay. This is definitely tricky, especially knowing that the Dems plan to (or at least say they do) pack the court.
