The thing is that there were thousands of deceased voters in which not only were they on the registration polls but they had a ballot was cast and verifiably counted. So you agree that these thousands of votes must be audited?
The court ordered that the pool watchers have a legal right to be there and in fact ordered them to be closer. There are many affidavits showing that they were either kicked out or moved far away and not able to observe. This goes against a legal court order.

And yes they do invalidate the votes. It was their legal right to do so and they were not able to. By law they must thrown out
