When we had several rug rats at home and were quite poor in the 90s, my wife used to pack my favorite sandwich at the time... fucking WHITE bread, bologna, American cheese, mayo and mustard. She'd add a small snack... apple, banana, strawberries, maybe some baked chips....or even fruit chews. She'd top it off with a can of something thirst quenching.
