I've never seen such gross incompetence in my entire life. Of course the police were not to blame for shooting this piece of shit because he deserved it, but the inability to land a bean bag round and figure out a way to have a unit get in front of him or flank him with protection earlier was just sad. It's ironic because the senior officer giving direction which appeared to be a sergeant looks like the one that fired the gunshot. And he was able to stop him with just one round just as the suspect was about to throw a lethal weapon.
