If China makes 75%, 50% or even 25% of the worldwide production of a widget and then stops, you will feel it in both availability and price. Look what happened with the PPE at the start of the Covid pandemic. In addition, there are some things that are almost exclusively made in China and you will see wide spread shortages on those specific products. Since I was not clear enough in my first response to you, let me state, we should make every effort to maintain production capabilities for all goods necessary for civilized life in the US, full stop. At this point, I don't think we should allow any other country the ability to hold our way of life hostage because we can make something for 3% less over there.

My main concern is the police being misidentified as an intruder. You have to make sure that everyone in the house knows it is the cops, and not a home invasion. I am not concerned about the actual "knocking" as I am the identifying as it seems like this type of warrant has more of this issue.

First off, don't be a snarky twat. Secondly, the problem I have with the no-knocks is there seems to more of a propensity of misidentifying police as an unlawful intruder as opposed to standard warrants. The issue in these cases is that if you think you have an intruder and decide to protect you home and family, you are going to get shot by the police. As I originally stated, the cops were just returning fire and well within their rights to do so. You want a no-knock warrant? Fine, put a fucking dude with megaphone in the middle of the stack screaming it is the police. You have to give people a chance to surrender to police instead of thinking it is a home invasion.
There are conflicting reports about whether or not the police utilized the no- knock or if they announced themselves as PD. Again, end no-knock flat out. Either way, the cops were doing what they were legally allowed to do and I am not saying they should be charged, the cops took fire and returned in kind. I am saying WE NEED TO CHANGE THE LAW.

Try looking for smaller companies to start with. It is obviously easiest to stay in your field. If you can't find something, look into starting your own business. Look for under served areas in your field where you can fill a void. You don't need to start a billion dollar company, finding a niche can provide you with a comfortable living. Another thing to consider is moving to an area that has a lower level of crazy liberals. It is going to be easier to find a good company to work for. The only fields that I know of that you can live pretty much anywhere and work in and not have to worry about all this crap are going to be blue collar type jobs. If you go on to any construction site and demand a non-binary bathroom, you will be off the job in a few days.

There is a case to be made about raiding them at home.
