If we're being honest Kenosha has always been a shithole. My brother went to college at Carthage and said it was not uncommon to hear gunshots during the day while walking to class ON CAMPUS. Apparently just a few blocks away from the college everything was straight trash. Not surprised an "officer involved shooting" happened here. Mostly just surprised it took this long.
