It would need to be open source with a transparent organization running the project, but the problem you bring up is addressable. You sign the binary, and techs have to ensure that only signed binaries from the organization are running on the machine. Trusted hardware not from China is another problem. But all this being sorted out in the open by interested parties is better than a single closed company doing it for $$.
Still, nothing is fixable without voter id and strict absentee/mail in laws and voter roll cleanup. The machine could be the perfect open source counter, but if anyone can send in 1000 ballots of names they know won’t vote (or just made up names), then you’re just counting fraudulent ballots. Matt is also pushing for this, so I feel like he’s on the right track.

Shift change happens around this same time- 4:30. They spend 2 hours counting these fraudulent ballots and then at 6:30 we see a spike w 96% for Biden.
