I don't know that I buy the theory that he's a figurehead for somebody else. It doesn't change much. I don't think he's any less intelligent than Gates. It's obvious that all of the disputed states were the result of blatant cheating by the Pedocrats. Even some of the undisputed states that went blue were probably the result of cheating.
