Sometime in the next 30 days, a request for information (RFI) will appear on the Federal Register, and we need to keep an eye out for it, since time is of the essence.
RFIs are just what they sound like. The government is requesting the public to send in information. For example, that’s how contractors generally find out about contracts.

To this, I would say it’s better to have the info submitted to the RFI because:
