Cooperatively is something that would tend to arise organically in a community made up of healthy individualized members. Something like Jungian individuation or higher soul development/cultivation has to optimally permeate a society or grouping, to lift it from a less conscious herd state to a Republic of equals, e.g. Or a true marriage.
This is evident in the deep state authoritarian attempt to mask and control humans under a false flag of 'caring'. But by attempting to stamp out individual moral growth and freedom and compel cooperativity, any society guarantees its own failure-to-strive.
Harmonious function is a 'higher-order' characteristic underlying the universe, the coherent Integral behind our variegated Differential expressions. Unity in diversity.
So on our planet, 'optimal functioning' is a real potential inherent in humanity. Just as societies, one by one as individuals, can cultivate rationality as a desirable capacity (beyond merely being driven physically or emotionally), so may we also self-direct ourselves onto the next 'higher' step in our development.
Maybe moral/spiritual cultivation is one of the meanings in the 'We are climbing / Jacob's Ladder' song. And/or part of evolution, as valid in China as in Rivendell:

Personally, I've watched contrails for hours at a time as a child. Just peacefully planewatching, gazing up into the sky from a summery meadow.
Back then, natural jet condensation trails were single slender shining LINES of silvery ICE, that to a viewer, completely disappeared a few inches behind the planes. The short trailing end would quickly become faint, then invisible. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. ALWAYS.
They did not ever, NOT EVEN ONCE, -corkscrew out- or -flare- or -spread out and 'turn into'- clouds/cloudbanks, let alone an entire sky full of cloud cover. Instead, authentic jet contrails always stayed in one narrow, tightly coherent, swiftly disappearing line.
What globalist thought herders have been feverishly trying to label as 'CONtrails' now, are not that at all. But deep state would never lie to us, right? Or orchestrate a mass psyop or anything.
But beyond that - even if only for the massive POLLUTION aspect alone - we the people absolutely require accountability on this issue. Exactly what particulates are in these semi-opaque chemtrails spewing on us? Because they are not H2O/ice.
Is it something different in the jet fuel these days, compared with then? I mean, does anyone's CAR combustion create a massive opaque cloudbank that persists? And radically changes the weather, i.e darkens and chills a previously sunny day?
This is ultra-simple to validate by doing a simple Participant-Observer Science experiment: Simply Look Up - over enough Time - as Planes=Clouds. Easier than putting on a pair of cool 'They Live' sunglasses!
Case proven. Unless a too-high level of cognitive dissonance or peer pressure prevents even that. People shouldn't believe their lying eyes. Or that things like their 'covid hysteria' could possibly be a psyop too.
