He did not have lawyers and teams on the ground in the key states to file immediate law suits, etc. and to immediately address the poll watching issues while it was going on.

He didn't clean house as soon as he was elected. Comey should have been out day one literally ten minutes after he was inaugurated.

He did not fire key people immediately who were obvious deep staters - Barr, Wray, etc.. Heck as soon as Wray said that Antifa was just an idea, he should have been gone.
