maybe if you want a Heidelberg, but you can get a decent used Ryobi for under $2500. It'll do the work fine it'll just take longer; kinda like how a small drink is the same size as a large if there's free refills, it just comes with some extra walking.
edit: the actual type of printer you'd want is called an "offset printing press"
Not the old school printing presses that use carved or etched steel plates. You know, the kind used to print fancy letterheads and business cards.
Edit: with local printing companies all going out of business, there are plenty of used machines from the 80s for sale
