It's possible to avoid wearing a mask in protest. Liberals have been allowed to burn down buildings and violently kill people in their protests. We should be able to at least avoid masks as a peaceful protest.

There are plenty of Trump supporters in red states who do not want to wear masks as an act of defiance against the liberal democrats. They want to patronize businesses where the people do not wear masks. If you start a hospital or healthcare office where masks are not required, you would get a lot of attention and support from those who do not like masks.

You don't need to get fired, just leave and find another place to work. You should find a hospital that does not require a mask for workers. If every healthcare worker is required to wear a mask, that sounds oppressive and wrong. Wearing a mask in a surgery room makes sense, but not every healthcare field would make sense to have those requirements.
I'm not saying "that violence was not ever a good way to resolve disputes". I'm only saying that it should be done in an honorable way. That includes trying to find a way to resolve the problem without violence first. Like you said, it's important to give a warning first.
