Where were previous courts indicated to have been under the control of the Chief Justice such that they could "lose control' of it?

There’s always logic to arguments.

The question is whether or not the logic is valid (namely: complete and correct).

I think Ocasio-Cortez might be one of the few people in America today who gets to enjoy free speech.

Think about it, she can say anything, whether it be stupid, wrong, or hateful, and she suffers zero repercussions from her constituency and the MSM.

Liberals have it so convenient: any word means anything that fits their lusts.

Yes, but, because one president tried to do it on ‘improper’ grounds, it’s never been tried again.

...a conspiracy so monstrous...

This is not an understatement.

The concepts and foundations of Communism did not begin with the Bolshevik Revolution in 1918 Russia nor with its codification in the works of Marx.

They were attempted as early as the French Revolution (the Paris Commune) and, arguably, with a Pilgrim experiment that almost killed them the first year in the New World.

So, there has been plenty of time for planning, scheming, and implementing such a conspiracy for it to be one of monster[ous] proportions.

Deputies were told that the man approached “several neighbors in a threatening manner” and that someone had asked Pentland to “intervene,” the agency said in a statement.

In that case, Pentland should have made a citizen’s arrest.

The push in the video looks like Pentland is trying to keep the perv from walking on his lawn, perhaps toward someone off camera.

I bet Wray put a political hit on him as soon as he got a break.

Sure, let’s counter their organizing and find razing with melted ice cream.

Rather asymmetric, no?

Your counter Ben & Jerry’s evil support of BLM is the steel ice cream.

You don’t understand what’s at stake not what’s is effective.

This proves my point.

No.

Your point was:

...they have no concept of personal responsibility because they cannot connect their actions with the inevitable consequences...

Your proof was based on your assumption that the first two would be be honest with you.

Poor Daunte

Your words, not mine.

Actions and consequences.

Correct and not in question.

I have alternate explanations that have nothing to do with “they” in that each one has free agency:

Example 1: She doesn’t care or didn’t tell you the whole story.

Example 2: He lied to you.

Example 3: He saw prison in his future and didn’t want to face it .

It’s easy to imagine Daunte Wright knew other criminals who tried what he tried and, because of recent soft policing, had been able to escape.

What he didn’t imagine was a deadly error being committed.

I have one criticism of Jordan: has he learned nothing from Maxine Waters?

He should’ve been demanding his time back as Fauxi grid not answer his questions.

The terrorists were guilty of many things by the time they left Arizona but the FBI allowed them to drive 1,000 miles*, shot at innocent people, and tried to flee the scene they created.

* Phoenix to Garland is more than 1,000 miles by car. It is also about 67 miles from the first outer highway loop in Fort Worth. There was no reason for the FBI to allow that kind of danger unless they wanted people to die.

Conservatives need to stop their projecting.

The Left does it to us all the time; accusing us of the evil they do.

But, we do it to: projecting that they might be virtuous or care even about being virtuous.
