5 days, the speed of DOJ is years, not months or days, but maybe they will surprise us.
The objections won’t help us, since we will never get the House to have >50% voting against the Biden slate of electors.
The only path to victory I see (besides States legislatures certifying Trump electors or at least decertifying the Biden electors and overruling their SoS is for Pence singlehandedly counting the Trump electors of at least three contested states with dual slates of electors. If Pence doesn’t have the courage to exercise his right per the 12th amendment it is most probably over. He needs to absolutely do it!

Not true. He never said that. Read also his tweets from a few minutes ago, he comments on this false allegation!
He is being misunderstood, he didn't say: Republicans in GA shouldn't vote. He says voting in another rigged election, using the same rigged machines, the same mail-in ballots, the same fraudulent mail-drop-boxes, everything the same, will not lead to a different outcome. The Democrats will cheat again. And he made two things clear:
- People should first fix the Nov. 3rd election, he put massive pressure on Kemp etc.
- Once the Nov. 3 election is fixed and Trump's victory is secured, then the run-off election should be postponed to February and a complete down ballot re-voting should take place in GA.
His two lawsuits are both with the SCOTUS, to do exactly this, 1. and 2.

Thus, if this Court follows the Seventh Circuit’s holding, the President would have the opportunity to obtain meaningful relief, i.e., to have the elections in Pennsylvania, as well as Wisconsin and Georgia, declared “failed” and allow the legislatures of those states to appoint electors in accord with the number of legal votes cast at the November 3 election, electors whose votes could then be counted for the President when Congress begins its proceedings on January 6, 2021. Thus, for this additional reason, the Motion to Expedite should be granted.
