Any success against big tech censorship will have to begin at the ISP level. Then an alternative to Google/Apple for phones. Only then will an alternative social media app/platform have any chance. Otherwise, whatever is created will just be suffocated like Parler.

You don't need permission. You declare it, then you defend it.

A truly free country has nothing to fear from communist shitstains.

Is this just a response to the defendent States' filing, or has the court issued some statement?

My condolences pede. May God welcome her home to glory.

I'm vaguely curious to see if Roberts would join the conservatives once he sees they have a majority. He seems to want to preserve the image of "his court" more than anything. A 6-3 makes it look less political than 5-4.

She played the title character in the movie Domino.

Even if Keira Knightley just slips and sprains her ankle, that will be enough.

Him authorizing the local agents to initiate investigations without pre-approval is a good sign. That they sent out word on election night that guns are not prohibited at vote-counting locations suggests the FBI is already digging.

That Rudy mentioned in his press conference that they're acting simply as private citizens and have no government backing is a little worrisome. I guess you keep the two separate, but it looks as if Rudy doesn't know about any upcoming law enforcement action about election fraud.

Doesn't Georgia certify in four days? The hourglass is almost out of sand.

How are we doing on the other lawsuits? I haven't seen much from Trump Twitter, and of course the MSM says everything has been laughed out of court.

Go over there and make nice. Maybe they've gone from Biden voters to nonvoters. A little nudge gets them to Trump voters, and that's twice as good. Bring cookies or something.

Other tweets suggest it's Schumer trying to get the Senate GOP to avoid confirming ACB. Probably the threat is that if the Dems get a trifecta, they're packing the court.

Similar story pede. I'd prefer Ron or Rand Paul, but Trump is an undeniable force. The media are showing right now that they will openly attempt to rewrite reality if it means they can keep their role as kingmakers. I can't wait until they're all faced with having to find honest work when the media empire goes under.

Ironically, media is going to collapse no matter who wins. Either Trump exposes them as complete frauds, or the Harris administration takes over and viewership falls to nothing.

So I feel like the media is trying to actively rewrite reality in front of our very eyes. "They spied on my campaign" declared 'false' by Politifact, with the non-sequitur that 'they concluded there was no political motivation' as an excuse. First, of course, Trump didn't mention motivation, and the basic fact is a matter of public record. They surveilled his campaign. They have texts between Page and Strozk showing political bias. All they lack is a document saying "we're going to spy on his campaign because we have political bias." And of course we have dozens of missing and wiped phones, so who knows what evidence was destroyed there.

CBS was similarly clownish after the debate. They showed three BS 'fact checks' all twisting reality to favor Joe.

My question, after all this, is what's the best reference to show, point by point, the Trump campaign spying scandal? I'm really going to challenge my liberal Facebook friends, who claim an ethical high ground, to defend the blatant reality distortion the media is currently engaged in. This is pure 1984 territory, with the media acting like the Ministry of Truth.

This shitty ABC/CBS coverage makes me wish my antenna picked up Fox.

Sort of a double-edged sword there, showing Biden and Harris asking what seem like reasonable questions.
