A private company is not private when they work for and are funded by the Deep State. There's nothing anti-libertarian about using the law against the State and its agents.
Jo Jorgensen is ignorant of libertarian philosophy at best, a total plant at worst (probably this).
Libertarian Party =/= Libertarianism. The libertarian party is a joke, it was hijacked decades ago.
Hans-Hermann Hoppe (leading libertarian theorist alive) on libertarianism and conservatism:
Most, though not all, leading libertarian thinkers were , as a matter of empirical fact, social-cultural conservatives: defenders of traditional, bourgeois morals and manners. Most notably, Murray Rothbard, the single most important and influential thinker, was an outspoken cultural conservative. So was Rohtbard's most important teacher, Ludwig von Mises. While this does not prove much (it does prove only that libertarianism and conservatism can be psychologically reconciled), it is indicative of a substantive affinity between the two doctrines.
That much of modern libertarianism is culturally leftist is not due to any such leanings among the major libertarian theoreticians. As noted, they were for the most part cultural conservatives. Rather, it was the result of a superficial understanding of the libertarian doctrine by many of its fans and followers, and this ignorance has its explanation in a historical coincidence and the mentioned tendency, inherent in the social-democratic welfare state, of promoting a process of intellectual and emotional infantilization (decivilization of society).
Within the realm of the humanities, including the social sciences, a conservative recognizes families (fathers, mothers, children, grandchildren) and households based on private property and in cooperation with a community of other households as the most fundamental, natural, essential, ancient, and indispensable social units. Moreover, the family household also represents the model of the social order at large.
It should be obvious then and why libertarians must be moral and cultural conservatives of the most uncompromising kind. The current state of moral degeneration, social disintegration and cultural rot is precisely the result of too much----and above all erroneous and misconceived----tolerance. Rather than having all habitual democrats, communists, and alternative lifestylists quickly isolated, excluded and expelled from civilization in accordance with the principles of the covenant, they were tolerated by society. Yet this toleration only encouraged and promoted even more egalitarian and relativistic sentiments and attitudes, until at last the point was reached where the authority of excluding anyone for anything had effectively evaporated (while the power of the state, as manifested in state-sponsored forced integration policies, had correspondingly grown).

What these people fail to grasp is that the core of libertarianism isn’t social liberalism,

I love how much Trump supporters love Ron Paul.
Me too! As soon as I realized how legit Trump is, I was praying for the two movements to combine. Unstoppable combo!
I hope Ron lives long enough to see Trump take down the deepstate. I would love to see what he has to say about it.
Ron Paul is a hero. I hope he makes it. :'-(
PISSGATE! NEVER FORGET!
Not all libertarians are a part of the Reason/Libertarian Party faction. There is a rich and long history of culturally conservative libertarians. Ludwig von Mises, Murray Rothbard, and Hans-Hermann Hoppe to name the top three. These are the major leaders in the Austro-libertarian tradition of libertarianism, all three cultural conservatives and against open boarders. Ron Paul (student of Rothbard) falls under this lineage as well.
These are all quotes by Hans-Hermann Hoppe, the leading libertarian theoretician alive today:
"Most, though not all, leading libertarian thinkers were , as a matter of empirical fact, social-cultural conservatives: defenders of traditional, bourgeois morals and manners. Most notably, Murray Rothbard, the single most important and influential thinker, was an outspoken cultural conservative. So was Rohtbard's most important teacher, Ludwig von Mises. While this does not prove much (it does prove only that libertarianism and conservatism can be psychologically reconciled), it is indicative of a substantive affinity between the two doctrines."
"The libertarian ethic is not new and revolutionary, but old and conservative. Even primitives and children are capable of grasping the validity of the principle of original appropriation, and most people usually recognize it as an unquestionable matter of fact."
"Families considered normal by conservative standards are household families, and the family disintegration and moral and cultural decay which contemporary conservatives deplore is largely the result of the erosion and destruction of households as the economic basis of families by the modern welfare state."
"That much of modern libertarianism is culturally leftist is not due to any such leanings among the major libertarian theoreticians. As noted, they were for the most part cultural conservatives. Rather, it was the result of a superficial understanding of the libertarian doctrine by many of its fans and followers, and this ignorance has its explanation in a historical coincidence and the mentioned tendency, inherent in the social-democratic welfare state, of promoting a process of intellectual and emotional infantilization (decivilization of society)."
"Libertarians must be radical and uncompromising conservatives."
"They (libertarians) must also be willing to defend themselves , by means of ostracism, exclusion and ultimately expulsion, against those community members who advocate, advertise or propagandize actions incompatible with the very purpose of the covenant: to protect property and family."
"Cultural relativism is incompatible with the fundamental ----indeed foundational----fact of families and intergenerational kinship relationships."
"It should be obvious then and why libertarians must be moral and cultural conservatives of the most uncompromising kind. Yet this toleration only encouraged and promoted even more egalitarian and relativistic sentiments and attitudes, until at last the point was reached where the authority of excluding anyone for anything had effectively evaporated (while the power of the state, as manifested in state-sponsored forced integration policies (OP note: i.e. open borders), had correspondingly grown)."
"True libertarians must visibly and ostentatiously dissociate themselves from the false multi-countercultural and anti-authoritarian egalitarian left-libertarian impostors."
"In order to be successfully assimilated, the influx of immigrants needs to be small in comparison to the host population..... cont: In these regions ( OP: cities in CA, TX, NY, D.C., IL, FL, NJ), the number of immigrants is proportionally so large that any assimilation is essentially out of the question. Rather than gradually being Americanized, then, in these areas immigrants have established foreign Third World "countries" on formerly American soil."
On what to do about the immigrant problem:
"This means following a policy of the strictest discrimination in favor of the human qualities of skill, character, and cultural compatibility.
More specifically, it means distinguishing strictly between "citizens" (naturalized immigrants) and "resident aliens" and excluding the latter from all welfare entitlements. It means requiring, for resident alien status as well as for citizenship, the personal sponsorship by a resident citizen and his assumption of liability for all property damaged caused by the immigrant. It implies requiring an existing employment contract with a resident citizen; moreover, for both categories but especially that of citizenship, it implies that all immigrants must demonstrate through tests not only English language proficiency, but all-around superior (above-average) intellectual performance and character structure as well as a compatible system of values----with the predictable result of a systematic pro-European immigration bias."
What conservatism is:
"Within the realm of the humanities, including the social sciences, a conservative recognizes families (fathers, mothers, children, grandchildren) and households based on private property and in cooperation with a community of other households as the most fundamental, natural, essential, ancient, and indispensable social units. Moreover, the family household also represents the model of the social order at large."
"Conservatives (or more specifically, Western Greco-Christian conservatives), if they stand for anything, stand for and want to preserve the family and the social hierarchies and layers of material as well as spiritual-intellectual authority based on and growing out of family bonds and kinship relations."
Ludwig von Mises on Fascism:
This is not a market economy; there is no longer private ownership of the means of production. The terminology of the market economy is retained, but in fact there is no longer any private ownership of the means of production, no real buying and selling, and no market prices. Production is not directed by the conduct of the consumers displayed on the market, but by authoritarian decrees. The authority assigns to everybody his station in the system of the social division of labor, determines what should be produced, and how and what each individual is allowed to consume. This is what nowadays can properly be called the German variety of socialist management.

Here is a study of the actual workings of business under national socialism. Written in 1939, Reimann discusses the effects of heavy regulation, inflation, price controls, trade interference, national economic planning, and attacks on private property, and what consequences they had for human rights and economic development. This is a subject rarely discussed and for reasons that are discomforting,: as much as the left hated the social and cultural agenda of the Nazis, the economic agenda fit straight into a pattern of statism that had emerged in Europe and the United States, and in this area, the world has not be de-Nazified. This books makes for alarming reading, as one discovers the extent to which the Nazi economic agenda of totalitarian control — without finally abolishing private property — has become the norm.
