Just a thought here the whole "orange man bad" people out there should really take a step back. I though we were not suppose to judge/hate people based on the color of their skin. Just a random though but if the roles were reversed wouldn't be be called racist? Just call all the Trump hater's racist, just a thought. Also it would be funny to watch liberal heads go pop.

He posted one day after a meeting with he, Powell, DJT, et al saying something to the effect of "America 1776 - 2020 ; can not say anything until after the 20th " What the hell went wrong and / or why did they act. Anything is better than being china east with xo and the ho.

Didn't a judge throw out roughly 200K votes ( I know a judge doing the right thing) and DJT was only down like 20K. What is going on there, any more news? I would think that WI would flip to POTUS after they purge the 200K votes. Seems like these electors currently are in serious question right?

Could some of the constitutional pedes out there shed some light on a question I was wonder about for a while now? Can someone charged with treason hold high office? If there is proof of this (which I am sure there is) wouldn’t this be a way to get the dimwit to concede? Just wondering, I know we would have to fight the courts but the court of public opinion is a thing as well and if things “leak” then enough pressure could be put on the courts. Thoughts?

So Fucking Cassidy from Louisiana is a deep state POS.

"December 21, 2020

Dear : Thank you for writing in with your concerns regarding the 2020 presidential election. This is a very important issue and I appreciate hearing from you.

As you know, on Monday, December 14, 2020, the Electoral College met and cast their votes for Joe Biden to become the 46 th President of the United States. Prior to this, I felt it very important that the 70 million people who voted for President Trump to have their day in court. However, on December 1, 2020, the United States Justice Department announced that they have found zero evidence of voter fraud extensive enough to overturn an entire election. Also, on Friday, December 11, 2020 the United States Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit by Texas that has asked the courts to throw out votes from 4 battleground states. I voted for President Trump and continued to wish for his victory, but President Trump himself has authorized the General Services Administration (GSA) to officially begin the transition process, signaling that Joe Biden will become the next President on Inauguration Day, January 20, 2021.

I’m proud of what we were able to accomplish under President Trump’s administration. We were able to repeal the individual mandate / penalty under Obamacare, overhaul our tax code and pass the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and build many parts of the border wall and significantly reduce illegal border crossings. We were able to vote on the most conservative judges in history, defend the sanctity of life, protect the Second Amendment, and reduce the power of the federal government. Because of him, we were able to push conservative ideals to better the lives of Louisianans. I will continue to fight for conservative ideals and to work hard these next 6 years to defend individual liberty and to make you proud.

I will continue to represent the views of my state and do so through hearing from constituents like you. Please continue to reach out, either by phone or by email, when you have another question or concern. You can reach my office in Washington DC at 202-224-5824 or submit an email at https://www.cassidy.senate.gov/contact.

Sincerely,

Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D."

I love that some of the things he sited were factually incorrect and is frankly lazy enough to think this will pacify the sheep. Bull shit, this dick will be getting a response from me correcting his mistakes. ex EC did not "cast their votes". Evidence of voter fraud is so extensive it is nauseating and the Texas lawsuit was punted as to not get their hands dirty. I will not be holding my nose to vote for this swamp rat any longer.

So we can all accept at this point the election has been corrupted and rigged to a laughable amount. I mean really if you find anyone who actually believes that the dementia patient got more votes then obama at his best and lost all of the bellwether counties and still won "80 + million " votes. Well you need to seek psychiatric help.

So I had a thought what if we tweak the electrical collage a bit, instead of popular vote for the state decides the electrical college win (of said state) how about if each county has one vote. What ever candidate gets the most county votes then wins that state. This way you persevere the vote of the whole country and do not allow just focal cities to decide the presidency. No more Detroit or LA deciding for the whole state. Also it makes it much more difficult to commit fraud like was seen in this last election.

The other change would have to be get rid of dominion voting b/c as we are seeing this is built in fraud. If this were the system in place the dims would be forced to spread themselves so thin committing fraud that it either would be impossible to do or very easily caught/put a stop to. Of course they will cheat but perhaps we could mitigate the cheating to an extent, especially if our spinless/corrupt rinos refuse to help. What say you pedes ?

C'mon Louisiana! Lets get Jeff Landry on board with this. Blow up his phone/email with request to join Texas!

[email protected]

Dear Attorney General Landry and Staff,

Good morning. My name is _________. The reason I am contacting you today is because, like many Louisianians, I feel that other states are violating the Constitution of the United States in their handling of the November 3rd election. In brief, the argument is this: Several states have sidestepped their own state legislatures and the Constitution to make drastic changes to election laws and rules

  • especially pertaining to mail-in ballots. This was done through executive actions instead of legislative ones. Texas has now sued Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania for this very reason. I respectfully ask that you, as our Attorney General file a similar suit on behalf of the State of Louisiana.

From the filing to SCOTUS: Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.

This case presents a question of law: Did the Defendant States violate the Electors Clause by taking non-legislative actions to change the election rules that would govern the appointment of presidential electors? These non-legislative changes to the Defendant States’ election laws facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.

Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. I feel that these are simple yet solid constitutional arguments and I feel it would be appropriate to file a similar suit on our behalf. Why do these states get to change the rules while the rest of us played by them? Louisiana has 8 Electoral Votes in this game. We want to submit our very valuable EC votes to a lawful and fair election, not just toss them into the abyss of a beclouded outcome caused by other states.

So help me out here guys. If we get to a contingent election, I assume that would be the "run out the clock scenario" where no one gets to official 270, how are we looking? I know before the election the republicans held a decent majority of the delegates of the house. Since we picked up new seats did that increase and does any one have those numbers? My concern is even if we have the numbers do we have enough to make sure some of these spinless RINOS cant torpedo things by turning traitor.
