Is this guy a crackpot or is this something? He's saying of the 9 million registered voters in PA, 240k don't have relatives in the state, and have uncommon names, correct? Is that supposed to be shocking?
And then in his next tweet he says, of the 1000 most common last names in the US, half of them are under-represented in PA... implying half are over-represented, and on average it looks exactly like you'd expect it to?
But hey, he's asking for $250k to look into this, and people are actually donating so maybe I'm misunderstanding
There are SO MANY votes that aren't counted by midnight on election night though, even in a normal election with minimal mail-in voting. People don't realize, it doesn't usually get this much attention because results don't normally "change" so drastically but if there was a midnight cut-off... we'd have to forgo paper ballots entirely and just give more power to the machines. Not good!
